Candida Glabrata Treatment
suggest me some treatment for Glabrata Vaginitis please~?
Hi, I just got the result of my vaginal swab and it stated that i have heavy growth Of Candida glabrata which is less sensitive to usual treatment (the normal organism is Candida Albicans) My gp gave me a single dose of flucanazole to see whether it is effective or not and I think it did nothing at all. I’m so worried right now since i’m approaching my menstrual period in a few days. What should i do?
Is there any cream OTC out there for this bugs? I dont want the cream or tablets that need to be put up high into the vagina/cervix coz i will be having my mense! Nystatin cream or anything else?
