Any easy natural cure for IBS?
Could anyone give me simple natural cure for IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome). My worst symptoms are constipation, stomach gas, intestinal bloating. I have taken IBS medication, body cleansing ,Candida Cleansing, diet change, etc.., but nothing works. Any recommendation please?
