is .05% the same as 0.5%, im a recovering alcoholic and drank kefir with a .05% volume?
I am suffering with Candida and a friend of mine told me to get something called kefir from asdas, i drank it and it tastes disgusting but then i find out it has an alcohol content from .002 to .05 and im freaking out, i could go mad on my friend !!!
no, 0.05 is far smaller than 0.50
